These Client Terms and Conditions apply to any brand, client, company or person who uses the SCROll STOP website or the SCROll STOP contract platform to view, review or sign a quote, proposal or terms.
In these Terms, "SCROll STOP", "we", "us" or "our" means GLOBALMEDIAGROUP LTD trading as SCROll STOP.
1. Quotes and agreements
1.1 Any quote, proposal, statement of work or agreement that you sign with SCROll STOP governs the commercial relationship between you and SCROll STOP. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed quote or agreement, the signed quote or agreement takes priority.
2. Contract platform and activity tracking
2.1 This section applies to anyone who uses the SCROll STOP contract platform to open, review or sign a quote, proposal or terms (the "Contract platform"). The Contract platform is provided by GLOBALMEDIAGROUP LTD trading as SCROll STOP.
2.2 Before you enter your access code, we record only that your quote link was opened and whether a code was entered correctly or incorrectly.
2.3 After you enter your access code and agree to these terms, we also record the sections you view, the time the page is open and visible, downloads and signing steps.
2.4 We record a general device type and browser (for example Desktop, Chrome) and a shortened form of your IP address. We do not record what you type, your full IP address or your activity outside the Contract platform, and we do not use this information for advertising.
2.5 We use this information to know that your quote has reached you, to see which parts may need explaining, to follow up at a helpful time and as part of our records of the contract process.
2.6 Only the SCROll STOP team sees this information. We do not sell it or share it.
2.7 We retain this information indefinitely as part of our contract and account records.
2.8 You can ask to see the information we hold about your use of the Contract platform, or ask for your terms another way if you prefer not to use it, by emailing hello@scrollstop.co.uk or james@scrollstop.com.
